Please do not look into the windows, the client still lives at this double wide.
We accept cash, and Credit Card, Debit Cards, MasterCard and Visa. Please bring help to load large items, we are not movers and items must be moved before the end of the sale on Saturday. All Items are sold as is where is no warranties and no returns or refunds. Times Remembered Estate Sales Service Staff and the Client and Clients family are not responsible for accidents. A sign up sheet will be posted out front after 3pm on Thursday. We do not do numbers but go by the sign up list. You must be present when your name is called. We will be letting in 15 people at a time every 15 minutes for the first part of the sale. Please do not block the neighbors driveways and please be respectful of others.
