We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS, sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than the Monday after sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and for our Northern estates 8:30am both days.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day.

There is no longer room to live in this home. This sprawling ranch is completely jammed packed with antiques and collectibles.

Imagine being an avid collector, who surrounded themselves with the most amazing treasures and then to an age where it's time to sell everything. This gentleman has outstanding and fun taste with quirky mixed with high quality.

Bronze and steel statues of all sizes, antique lighting of all kinds, reproduction firearms, tons of jewelry.

Two MG convertibles ready to be passed on to another avid collector. Red one is a 1971, has rare hardtop, and new soft top. Blue one is a 1974, needs new top. Both ran several years ago when pulled into storage. Both need batteries to start. Red one runs however needs work. The blue one runs well (needs battery), new tires and wheels. Both are sold as is, and needing restoration. Clear titles. Sorry no test drives. Must exchange drivers license for keys to inspect. All offers must be given to Lead at the register. All offers are binding. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. Offsite bids accepted. We will be calling the winner Saturday right after the sale for those bringing transport trailers. WE WILL CONSIDER A PACKAGE DEAL!

“After our parents passed away in October and November last year, we were devastated, and among the many responsibilities of taking care of their affairs was also the task of cleaning out their home and disposing of their belongings after collecting them for 67 years! After interviewing other companies and with you, Mr. Forester, your process made the task seem less daunting and I felt reassured that it would be done completely and honestly.

It was the best decision we could have made to employ you and your staff! Eric, in particular, spent many days sorting, organizing, displaying, and keeping open communications with us. I remember the first day I went in to see the progress, I was actually relieved to see it all coming together in such an orderly fashion. I told Eric that I felt a weight had been lifted from my shoulders!   They thought of every detail, rearranging the furniture for the best showing and to allow for display tables, music to shop by, and some accentuated lighting. The floors were covered and protected, allowing the hundreds that attended the sale to come in and keep the floors clean and dry!

Your staff was very efficient, honest, organized, and respectful.   After a couple of weeks of preparation, the estate sale was a complete success! We put our trust in the hands of your company and we were not disappointed! I have to be honest, this is still a very emotional time for our family, and it was a very hard decision to hire total strangers to take care of this matter, but we could not have done it ourselves or without your help.

In the course of preparation for the estate sale, we were encouraged by many friends and acquaintances that spoke very highly of their experience with your company. Since the estate sale is over, we continue to hear from neighbors, friends and family that attended the sale, about the expertise, respectfulness and organization, all of which we feel made our estate sale a complete success!
