Total liquidation auction. All purchases are +10% buyers premium. All items must must be moved out of the house immediately following the auction. Certain exceptions may be made for overly large items.
Cash and Carry same day.. we can make arrangements to have large items delivered for a fee. We accept cash and charges only. There will be AN ADDITIONAL 6% added to all charges.
Please check with your mother, your brother, your cousin, your friends before bidding on any items. all bids must be honored and all sales are final. No refunds. All items sold as is.
This is a total liquidation estate auction. All items will be sold to the highest bidder. Lot viewing begins at 12 PM on Sunday, March 29. Live auction begins at 1 PM. All items must be removed from the house immediately following the auction. We do not expect this auction to take more than one hour. Please be prompt.
