We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

HOLY SNIKEYS!!! This barn is crazy big jammed to the rafters with TOOLS, TOOLS and more TOOLS, some used, some New, SOME rare, some common. If you cannot find the tool you need here, you will find the tool you didn't need!! An huge old DELPHI STEERING GEAR sign. Antiques, old lumber, oil cans and a mountain of other treasures.
Vintage Guitar, vintage magazines, hundreds of housewares, furniture, recliner couch, glassware and collectibles.
Concrete Deers (May be frozen to ground), and an amazing amount more.
Barware, jukebox selector (real), massive collection of naughty trinkets and collectibles! Buyer beware, some items are not suitable for younger eyes, most located in basement.
Vintage games, record albums, toys, APPLIANCES.

NOTE: Customers cannot start their own sign in sheet. Only those names on the official FORESTER sign in sheet will be admitted. Please be considerate to those around you and respect the fact that some may have been there much earlier than yourself to sigh the official sheet. We are here to have fun, nothing inside any estate is worth fighting for. Once through the list (early morning only) customers may enter at any time. Thanks for your cooperation.
