We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Travel back in time into this absolutely MASSIVE 1800's barn. There is SOOOOOO much that we will be overflowing into the detached garage. The photos depict area in which we cannot even get into. One large area had not been touched in over 80 years!! SERIOUSLY
Incredible jukebox client brought into the garage 40 years ago, covered it up and forgot about it. ITS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION. We got the lights going, however it needs proper lubrication and service so it will be sold as a restorable item. Early hand tools, pie safe, toys, victrola, ANTIQUE TOYS, crocks.
Up in the loft was a full size sleigh, bicycles, many antique farm implements including EARLY John Deere machine, and other interesting farming tools.
Quite a few vintage toys, cap guns, bicycles, license plates, shabby chic and pintrest stuff galore!

NICE snow mobile, runs well with trailer. 1995 Arctic Cat 900cc, 173 HP !! Triple cylinder, approx 4400 miles, been 6 years since ran last. Ran strong and well when stored, no title, owner will help register. Older non running 1984 Arctic Cat free with purchase of other. Comes with tandem Trailer!
Two vintage gas pumps, and so much more. This sale is great, worth the drive if your looking for antique toys, primitives and the unique.
OUR LAST SEBAWAING MICHIGAN sale was amazing! The packed barn with all the old tools and primatives was a COMPLETE sell out!!!! YES A COMPLETE SELL OUT. The old brick farm house was reduced to a pile in the corner and the old dead piano. Literally hundreds of people showed up for this sale. Even a couple guys drove from Indiana to benefit from all the treasures.
WELLLLLLLL, if you missed that last sale, you can redeem yourself by attending this one. This barn is MASSIVE. Don't miss it again!!
This sale #1 is or the BARN & GARAGE only, as the house sale #2 will be the following weekend.
There are people coming 4-6 hours away and staying the week in a hotel to hit both sales. This is the first event of the SALE OF THE YEAR!!
