We will accept “Street Numbers” as long as there are no problems. In the unlikely event that there is a problem we will determine the order People enter the house.
Persons causing problem will not be allowed to enter.
This is a Cash and Charge Cards - No Checks will be accepted! You enter this property at your own risk. You accept all responsibility for yourself and any minors with you. Please, no strollers. We are not responsible of accidents or damage or loss to your property.
Everything is used and sold AS IS and all sales are final – No exceptions!
There are no returns or exchanges for any reason.

Shoplifting and tag switching are crimes. I will call the police!
We do not wrap, pack, load or deliver anything you buy! This is your responsibility. You must arrange your own help to load any furniture you buy. Furniture Must be picked up by 1 PM the last day of the sale. If you don’t pick up your purchases we will consider them abandoned and no refund will be given
