All items are "as is, where is, as found". CASH preferred or GOOD MI checks only, no Credit or Debit cards accepted. Bring along help if purchasing large or heavy objects, no onsite help provided. PARKING AND SIGNAGE: No signs are allowed on condo campus. A Great Lakes sign will be in an automobile window directly in front of entrance to guide you. A few signs on public areas entering complex will also be posted. This is a Condo! Guest parking is available in the center areas only of each circular complex. If main one is full, please go directly across to second area to park. Garage area will be kept clear and available for pickup of large, or multiple purchases.
