Jewelry is guaranteed to be as cataloged except as follows: Colored stones are not guaranteed. Measurements are approximate and are guaranteed to within 20%. Any stone grading and conditions are not guaranteed. All weights are for the entire piece including all stones and workings. All watches are sold as/is. Bernstein’s Auction does not guarantee any information contained in outside appraisals. Items marked as tested gold are not marked but have been tested for gold content. The reserve will not exceed the low end of the printed auction estimate.



All sales are final.


All items must be removed from the premises by 3:00PM Central Time the following Monday after the auction. If items are not removed from Bernstein’s Auction within one (1) week after the auction, Bernstein’s Auction will donate the item to the charity of their choice.

Consignments are taken at 705 Mainstreet, Hopkins MN daily by appointment.
