*****ADDED SAT. 12/20...PLEASE NOTE: Nothing about this sale is going to be easy! It's going to require a lot of patience and understanding from everyone. The house is small, packed to the gills, hardly room for people. Entry will have to be limited, so again, your patience will be needed and appreciated!
Also..there's a huge garage that is stacked floor to ceiling. The owner is still going through things, so there's a good possibility that much of that won't be set up and priced by sale time...of course Christmas in the middle of things doesn't help at all!! We're doing the best we can, as is the owner. Anything either in the house or in the garage (or outside) that's not priced by sale time will be priced on the spot.
Parking won't be a piece of cake either. It's a fairly narrow street, so parking will only be on one side. Of course we're hoping for great weather, but this time of year you never know. We will put #s on the front porch about 9am on Sat.*****
