This urban area east of the Kansas City Chiefs Arrowhead football stadium and the Kansas City Royals Kaufman ballpark, has undergone a huge transition. Whispering Cove is 18.96 Acres +/- located within a mile of Blue Ridge Crossing. It is a planned future phase of the 384 unit Whispering Lake aparments. Whispering Lake is a 3 to 4 level garden apartment complex that wraps around Riss Lake. Whispering Cove offers several choice lot and building locations around the lake. The acerage narrowly fronts 43rd Street and continues south along Northern Avenue with lake frontage along the southwestern edge. Project development would require an extension to Northern Avenue with construction of a side street. The terrain slopes down to the lake and is somewhat hilly.
