This is a very upscale high-end moving sale. The house is sold and must be emptied. Our client has required us to handle the sale in a 'by appointment only' manner, so we will be setting appointments for 5 people per 30 minute intervals, starting at 10am on Sat., running until 3pm and 11am on Sun. until 3pm. (FOR ANYONE WHO READ THIS BEFORE TUES. NIGHT, WE'VE CHANGE IT TO 30 MIN. INTERVALS INSTEAD OF 20 MIN. WE'RE WORRIED ABOUT PARKING AND NEIGHBORS. It's not a wide street and is rather private. We're trying not to have too many cars at one time. Thanks for understanding!)
The items for sale are fabulous! It's a combination of antiques (many unusual, some rare), some traditional furniture, wonderful artwork, rugs, quilts, and some decorative items. There are also a few mid-century items by Paul McCobb. We're showing photos of what we can now, and hope to add more as the week progresses.
We do have a large basement to go through, with no idea of what we'll find for sale.
At this point, there's little to no ordinary household, so we're requesting that only serious potential buyers make appointments. We don't mean this to sound arrogant in any way, we're just trying to keep within the wishes of our client.
The items are being priced in a joint effort with the client. We'll have some flexibility and will have the ability to contact her with reasonable offers, but prices will NOT be reduced to half on Sunday.
This is an opportunity to purchase some amazing things..please check the photos. We will also be adding descriptions to the photos where we can.
