We are starting this event on Thursday night at 5pm for two hours, then Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturday from 8am-2pm with auction to follow. Pricing will be full price on Thursday evening and Friday, 25% off Saturday 8am-noon. We will close briefly at noon to prepare for the 50% off time which runs until 2pm. At 2pm we will auction all remaining items to the highest bidder. Everything must go.

Note the Thursday 5pm start time. This clean sale is in the home of two very accomplished artists.  While their art is being retained by the family, their supplies, frames, canvas, studio equipment, etc is being offered for sale.  Even a very large reference library (or morgue) of images used in the creation of their work.  The collection of books and literature is vast and some very important works are there and many first editions.  Their library consists of books collected from probably as early as the 1940s to the 1990s.  The publish dates range much earlier than that.  There are books written in different languages as well as a very rare book from the school of the deaf that has impressed letters.  Not brail, but impressed text in the English language.  Very unusual!  The library consists of subject matters in art, literature, travel, antiques, design, anthropology, science, cooking, fiction...and on, and on.  If you like or collect books, plan to stay a while as the collection is in the thousands!  Speaking of cooking...there is the largest collection of recipes I have ever seen.  This recipe collection is in the thousands and all organized in multiple shoe boxes by category.  The collection obviously has been amassed over decades.  There is a great selection of kitchen items, a refrigerator, washer and dryer, antique furniture, great collection of purses, pottery, lighting, doll furniture and minatures.  If you are a crafter or scrap booker, there is a ton of media to use in these hobbies.  The garage is also full of tools, outdoor items, lawn garden, etc. This is a neat sale.  Don't miss out!
