Due to the death of her husband Mrs H is downsizing and has moved out of state. This is a good clean sale in a non-smoking home. There are a lot of tools and shop items and supplies. A John Deere riding mower and possibly a Craftsman riding mower (subject to prior sale), walnut harvest table, two sets of chairs, desk, office chairs, french door refrigerator, misc furniture, shelves, a large lot of holiday items, decorator items like you wouldn't believe, and a general lot of household items, jewelry, 1980s Honda Spree scooter. There are also some lionel train and antique toy items, plus a John Deere toy tractor collection. Don't miss out on this one. It's worth the trip to beautiful Osage Beach.
Sale terms: Items are full price Friday. Most items are 25% off at 8am Saturday morning and will be 50% off at noon Saturday. At 2:00pm Saturday the remaining items will be auctioned off. All items must go!!!
