The home will be open for viewing at the same time as the estate sale, on Saturday, June 7, 2014  from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. AND Sunday, June 8, 2014 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

It is not necessary at all, to already be represented by a realtor.  We will have a well informed realtor on site to answer any questions you may have and to write any offer you wish to make.
