WE ARE SELLING CONTENTS OF AN 8 STORY BUILDING OF SINGLE LOFT FLOORS WHICH WE HAVE CONDENSED INTO 3 PACKED FLOORS.  CONTENTS INCLUDE BAR,  COMMERCIAL KITCHEN, WALK IN COOLERS, FURNITURE, ANTIQUES, 100'S OF PIECES OF WORKS OF ART AND SCULPTURE.
THIS WILL BE A HUGE AUCTION!!

PARKING WILL BE ON 1129 ST CHARLES AVENUE, ST LOUIS, MO  63101-IN A LOT.  YOU WILL JUST WALK AROUND THE CORNER TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING (WASHINGTON AVE.).  ST CHARLES AVENUE IS THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUILDING WITH A LOADING DOCK AND IS NEXT TO "BOBBY'S PLACE". 

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS-DUE TO NO WORKING MAN-ELEVATOR.
