This is a cash only sale. We prefer no checks.

We will be giving out numbers on Monday morning at 8am. Doors will open at 9am sharp. As always, the staff of Al's will provide you with plenty of help and muscle to load up your purchases.

This is a very small house with no basement. However, the house is packed. It will be a little tight inside, therefore, we will only allow approx. 15-20 people in the house at one time. Please be patient.

This will only be a two day sale. We are firm with our pricing on Monday and will not negotiate. However, we always price everything very moderately. Tuesday will be our half priced day and everything will be half of what is marked from the time we open on Tuesday morning. We have promised an empty house to our customer, therefore, everything must be out of the house by 5pm Tuesday.

This unique "Labor Day" sale promises to be a great little sale.

We regret to inform you that after we posted this listing, our customer,who we are doing this estate sale for, has accepted a contract for the sale of the house. The buyer of the home has negotiated all outside landscaping and decor is to stay with the house. Therefore, all of the items shown in the photos that are outside will not be a part of the estate sale. This includes items such as the fountains, the knick knacks, the bear bench, and miscellaneous rocks and concrete animals. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused.

When I did the initial walk through of this home, there was literally stuff piled on top of stuff. After getting rid of some of the trash, this full house ended up laying out very nicely. We uncovered several very nice living room and family room furniture, several end tables, a hospital bed and a rolling hospital bed tray. There are lots of women' clothes including several dusters, sweatshirts and sweatpants, several dickies, and loads of casual tops.

There are several pieces of bedroom furniture that are all in decent shape, puzzles, snow globes, artificial trees and plants and some nice outdoor and garden knick knacks.

All appliances are staying with the home.

There are two 18" Black and Decker electric lawnmowers that both work perfectly.

There is an extra ordinary amount of DVD's and VHS movies. Music includes several CD's and cassette tapes. There are no record albums.

There is no costume jewelry at this sale.

This smaller home will provide you with a quick walk through. We are confident that this sale has something for everyone.
