Cash only! All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranty or guarantees of any type. All sales final. The property owners are not responsible for any accident, injury and/or property damage. Sellers reserve the right to remove items prior to sale.
Pick up & delivery of purchases are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We are unable to provide moving assistance, so please plan on bringing your own help or know that once you buy something, you will need moving help with you when you pick up your purchase. Large items must be picked up by Tuesday, April 29.
No pricing will be given out prior to sale.
Numbers handed out half hour prior to sale each day. Bids accepted through Sunday closing.
