Cash, local checks, or major credit cards. Furniture and large items need to be paid when purchased and picked up between 3-5 Friday and 11-1 Saturday unless arrangements are made earlier. Saturday will be 25% off. At 2 on Saturday, we will reserve the option to start boxing leftover items and sell them one money per box. Some items may be in a different location than shown in the pictures. Bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for accidents. There are no returns on items. All sales are final. We will hand out numbers Friday and let in 20 at a time. Usually, there is no problem getting into the sale, but this makes sure that those of you who pick up numbers early or who have waited in line are let in first. We really appreciate our customers and thank you in advance.

This is the living estate of the owner who is in skilled nursing. Her husband is deceased and she has no children. She loved the mid-century look and many of her items reflect this. This is a non smoking, non pet home.
