Myers Park Estate Sale Fine Antiques

What a way to wrap up another great year of tag sales!  This is one you should get marked on your calendars now!  This sale will have some of the finest antiques and vintage household items we have ever offered for sale!  There is even a signed L.C. Tiffany art glass bowl!

This is a rather large home so there's no telling what other amazing treasures we'll find for you.

11/28/14;  So far so good!  This one is shaping up to be fabulous! We are finding lots of sterling, cool photos of old Charlotte, vintage kitchenware, clothing from the mid 1800's, vintage purses in original boxes from the 1950's and so much more!

Helpful Shopping Hints,

• Entry Numbers for this sale will be handed out at 8 a.m on Friday,  Prior to 8 a.m. the first customer to arrive may start a list to organize early birds.  If you arrive say at 7 a.m. you may put your name on the list and then wait in your car to stay out of the cold weather.  Do not sign up anyone not present at the sale and please do not sign your name and then leave.  You must be present at 8 a.m. to receive your entry number.
• Please make sure you have parked your vehicle not blocking any fire hydrants, ( must leave 10 ft on either side) any of the neighbors driveways (please leave space on either side of driveways) or too close to any stop signs or intersections.
• When in line to enter the house make sure you have all the "tools" you need including a pen, shopping bag or tote, checkbook & cash (sorry no credit cards), boxes for wrapping, and plenty of muscle to load furniture!
• All large items you can not pick up and carry with you will have a large white 2 part tag, to purchase these items please tear off the bottom portion of the tag and write your name and phone number on the back of the top portion of the tag that remains on the item you have purchased.  Tearing a tag is a commitment to purchase.
• Many of the smaller more valuable items will be on the goodie table.  These items require payment before you can remove them from the table.  Please get your receipt from the attendant, take that to the cashier to pay then return to the goodie table to pick up your items.
• This older home has very low ceiling height in the basement please watch your head and your step!
• All prices will be firm on Friday.  Saturday all items will be 20% off the marked price.  Sunday all remaining items will be 50% off the marked price.
• Please inspect any items your are considering purchasing carefully!  We make your best attempts to represent items accurately but might miss something.  All items are sold AS IS where is with no guarantee or warranty.
• Checkout will be located in the back yard off the garage.  We will have a hold area there for you as well so once your arms are full please bring your items down and we will put your name on your pile!
• Above all have fun!  Anyone in a yellow apron will be happy to assist you!
