We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

It's time for another Davidson estate sale (the 3rd within the last month!) and this time we're back in the desirable River Run development.

The sale will feature the entire contents of this lovely house (which is also for sale!) ~ so there will be furniture for every room of the house, sun porch, and deck ~ including a double pedestal dining table with 8 cane back chairs (to be sold separately), oversized hutch with drop front writing desk (measuring 7'6" wide, 7'11" tall, 22" deep), round stone-top kitchen table with 4 chairs, queen bed, campaign style dresser & wardrobe, game table with 4 chairs, metal/wood baker's rack, old & new white wicker pieces (including a lounge chair), antique glass front cabinet, bookshelves, antique sideboard, 40" square glass top coffee table, sofa & loveseat, off-white rattan dresser with night stands, various chairs, and other miscellaneous pieces.

Plus......glassware, china (Royal Doulton "Burgundy", Royal Doulton, Noritake), decorative accessories, lamps, mirrors, framed prints & engravings, kitchenware, linens, artwork, GE washer & dryer, ladies clothing, and plenty more.

Updates will be posted by Friday evening & photos of items sold on Sat. will marked "sold " by Saturday evening.

1998 Mercedes C280 4 door sedan with low mileage....only 53,179.... white with grey interior & burl walnut interior trim, sunroof, V-6 fuel injection, Bose sound system, power windows, remote locks, cruise control, electric seats, air bags, etc...

Entry numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00 am Saturday morning (and no numbers on Sunday).
