We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Only select items that we choose will be for pre-sale each week, and specific requests are not accepted so that we can be fair to everyone. Other features of the App are a loyalty card, the upcoming schedule, a link to Facebook, and a special offer.
****Update on Tuesday afternoon......a few of the "Buy It Now" items have sold since the feature became active this morning. If you see a "sold" label over the photo, then that item is no longer available. There are no other previews or pre-sales
Due to neighborhood restrictions, there will NOT be any signs, including one in the front yard.
The sale on Sunday opens at 1:00pm and there will not be entry numbers.
And, since we strive to price fairly and reasonably........please.....no phone calls or emails regarding prices.
