3. Numbers to determine the sequence of access into the house will be given out beginning at 7:00 AM on first sale day.
4. Doors open promptly at 8:00 AM.
5. We accept cash and checks with proper ID.
6. Prices are firm on first day of sale.
7. There are no advance previews or price quotes.

This home is located off Union Road. The owners are downsizing and need to part with some lovely furnishings.  We hope you will come by to browse and buy.

There is ample parking on the roadside. Please do not block drives or through streets as school will be in session on Friday and buses will need to pick-up students at their stops.  Park on one side of the street only.  Our neon green signs will be posted to guide you to the sale site.
