We are honored to bring to you a sale full of quality furnishings! And while we do so, we will honor the safety and good health procedures to protect our staff and our customers.

- Limited entry - Numbers will be given out beginning 1 hour prior to opening time both days. Once you get your number we ask that you either socially distance in the driveway or return to your car until 15 minutes before the start of the sale.
- No mask, no entry. We will have them for sale for $1 each.
- We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the house for your use and safety so be looking for it! We will also be sanitizing areas that are routinely touched during the sale.
- Please bring help to load large items. We are either too old or too tired. Seriously.
- We do not give out prices prior to the sale.
- Large bags will not be allowed inside the house. We will have boxes inside for carrying the items you want to purchase.
- Cash, personal check (with appropriate ID), and credit card (plus 3% service charge) are all acceptable payment methods. Also, we are now having to charge 7% NC sales tax.
- Prices are firm the first day.
- All sales are FINAL and there is no return. Items are sold AS IS.
- All purchases must be picked up at the end of the last sale day.
- Items of high value have been removed from the home until sale day.
- The owner as well as ReNesting Resources will not be responsible for accidents or injuries.

READ THIS! Please park on one side of the street with cars facing in same direction. This will allow for exiting traffic to pass by. Also, be careful to park where neighbor's driveways and mailboxes are not blocked. The streets must be wide enough to allow emergency vehicles and school buses to get through.
