READ ALL THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THEM PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SALE .

NC.law requires that anyone doing business in N.C.is required to charge sales tax.If you have a problem with that take it up with the State.Any other Sale no charging it is either not a business or not operating under the law .That's all I'll say about That.I do what I'm required to do.

6.75 sales tax on all items unless you have a resale tax ID number with you

10 % buyers fee on all items Everyone must pay this fee no exceptions

2% administration fee on vehicle sales including boats or anything with title work

Please respect the property and if an area is marked do not enter, Don't do it or you will be asked to leave .

Don't open any drawers etc if it's for sale it's already out on display.

We only tag higher priced items and as many other items as we can ,so please ask if you need assistance on smalls,it's best to get
together what you want to buy then ask all at once we can put back what you don't want.

Contain your children while at the sale ,if they break you are responsible for paying for that item at whatever the price might be .

If you break something then you just bought it.

Don't talk about our prices,paying sales tax etc while at the sale if you are upset about something come to me or leave but don't go around talking to other people about something you are mad about because you will be barred from any and all of future sales!!!

Don't be rude to us or to our guests it will not be tolerated .

ONLY the guns listed that week will be sold that week.

We are under contract with the owner do not try to GO AROUND US to negotiate a deal Because I promise you it will end with you not getting the item and getting removed from the sale and any future sales

No large bags or purses allowed .
No dogs inside the house.
If you use the restroom clean up after yourself or in the future there will be no restrooms offered.(it's a shame I even have to have this rule)
If you steal anything you will be caught we have cameras everywhere if not the day of sale when we review the tape and we will prosecute you No matter how small the item !!!
