We will have only a limited number of boxes.

Homeowner nor estate solutions are responsible for injuries or accidents during sale.
We gladly accept cash or credit <u style="border-bottom: 1px solid;">cards</u>. We DO NOT accept checks!
Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. We feel that we price fairly from the start, and hold FIRM on day 1 to be fair to ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR CLIENTS. Please don't ask for discounts on day 1, as we will have to turn you down.
Saturdays are discount days, we usually open with a discount of 25% to 50% with greater discounts the last hour of the day.
This sale is being held in the large garage BEHIND the house. Please do not visit the house, but instead enter through second driveway. Do not park in the grass to avoid disturbing the underground fence.
