Please note: We strive to have all items pictured available at sale time. We do update our pictures as best we can when a change has been made. If you want the most current, up-to-date info, please view the ad the day before a sale.

-As with any estate sale, items are subject to change.
-Come early! We believe that everybody should have an equal opportunity to get the items that they are interested in!
-We know our pricing to be competitive. The items we are selling do not belong to us. We will be happy to negotiate on prices, and your price will be determined by how much you are spending. However, we are not in business to "give away" client's belongings and will only entertain serious offers. Insulting offers will be cheerfully ignored.
-We do not give prices by phone or email as it's impossible to remember the prices on every item available at our sales.
-Cash, credit cards and pre approved checks.
-First come, first served. We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside at any time.
-You are responsible for removal of any purchased items. Please bring help for large items!
-Please use the street for parking. Do not block the driveway or the neighbor's driveways!
-Triad Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents on the property.
