A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

This sale will feature beautiful modern-style furnishings featuring an Asian-inspired dining room table with two matching display cabinets,  chrome king size bed, night stands, various chairs/chests/accent tables, chrome/black glass shelves, set of woven seagrass twin beds, nice selection of art glass, fine crystal stemware  (Waterford, Tiffany, Baccarat), German nutcrackers, a 25+ years of Oktoberfest steins, tall Kobalt tool chest, artwork (including Thomas Pradzynski), and much more ~ including a large collection of hens!

Also, a fully stocked kitchen including cookware plus a variety of dishes and china, 

In addition to the Kobalt tool chest and the tall Silhouette wine refrigerator, the garage is full of Christmas decorations, hand tools, power tools, 5’ round folding table with 8 folding chairs, a few ladders, pop-up canopy, dog kennel & ramp, and the antique cast iron German stove.
