Prices firm (no negotiating); cash only. Bring help if you need assistance loading items. Items sold "as is"; no returns. We, the homeowners, are not responsible for damage, accidents or injuries.

Moving; need to sell the following. 

All items very reasonably priced; set of 6 Larkin chairs that belonged to my grandparents $360 for the set.  Everything else under $300; exception is glass china/bookcase priced at $325. 

Sale is for 2 hrs only.
