PASSCODE IS CARING TRANSITIONS.
We will have a 2 day sale. Items will be full price on Friday (8am-2pm). On Saturday items will be 25% off (8am-12pm) and then 50% off (12pm-2pm)
We do not allow sold tags, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold tag. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ITEMS PURCHASED by the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. BRING YOUR OWN HELP, as our employees do not help load large items.
Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
Doors will open at the published time, not before.
If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back.
If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
Please do not bring food or drinks.
As a courtesy, please do not block the neighbors driveways or park in their yards! Estate Sale home driveway is for loading items only.
No Checks Accepted. We accept cash and credit/debit card as long as the credit card purchases are $20 or more! (We also check id's).

1929 Mercedes-Benz Gazelle SSK (replica/kit car) – Ford chassis and drive train. 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine. Automatic transmission. Built and titled in 1992. Only 6,800 miles. Just replaced fuel and air filters. Recent North Carolina inspection and registration. New convertible top. Whitewall radial tires and wire wheels. AM/FM radio. Very fun to drive. You’ll turn lots of heads, get lots of waves and thumbs up. Good parade car. $10,500
2002 Cadillac DeVille, 82,929 miles, 4.6L DOHC V6, needs new tires and has only extremely minor cosmetic damage on the plastic right rear bumper and on both side mirrors. other than that it's super clean, with leather seats as well.
