First come, first served.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are by nature generally vintage/used, are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. No previews or early sales. We try to keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Neither we nor the homeowner will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Gay Gasper Estate Sales Team will be hosting a nice estate sale in Fearrington Village on Saturday, November 1 (numbers at 7, sale starts at 8 a.m.), and Sunday, November 2 (12 - 3, no numbers, just line up).

NUMBERS PROCEDURE... this is the time-tested, fair way. Whoever wants to be #1 and intends to STAY until numbers are passed out shows up first, starts the list, and remains in the area. The next person to arrive who wants to be #2 puts his/her name on the list, remains in the area, and so on. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can sit in your car - just stay in the area. No putting your name on the list and leaving. Also, in FAIRNESS TO ALL who arrive early and wait, please put only your name and names of those with you in PERSON on the list. Your friends who aren't present can put their names on when they arrive.

We will hand out entry numbers according to the list at 7 a.m. Once you have a number, you are free to go get coffee, whatever; come back by ten till eight to line up.

IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT WHEN NUMBERS ARE HANDED OUT AT 7, you lose your spot and have to go back to the line, even if your name is on the list. NO EXCEPTIONS.

What a great sale! The homeowner was a skilled carpenter/woodworker, and we have a garage FULL of excellent tools and equipment.

Also, there's a wonderful bedroom set, nice living room furniture, high-quality, heavy Stiffel lamps, collectibles, etc.
