* We welcome you to join us for a large sale of beautiful estate furnishings!
* There will be a sign-up sheet on the front porch on Friday at 6:00 pm. Please do not disturb residents if you come to sign up.
* Entry is through the front door.
* Accepted payment is cash, check, or credit card.
* All items sold as-is, where-is, no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
* We will use the driveway for loading, so please don't block or park in driveway.
* There is plenty of street parking available. Please be respectful of neighbor's property and don't block driveways.
* Please mind your children. We love animals, but please leave them outside (water will be available).
* We are happy to help you load furniture, be patient while we try to get to everyone.
* Large items have a two-part tag. Once you are certain you want to purchase a large item, simply tear the bottom half of tag off and bring to check-out. If you make a mistake and pull a tag, please give to one of our helpers to re-attach so the item is still available to other shoppers.
