PLEASE !! Try to park on right (house) side of the road. During busier hours of the sale, DO NOT block thru traffic, park on lawns or in neighbors driveways. Home driveway is for PICK UPS ONLY !!

2 Day sale - Full price Friday from 12 noon - 5 pm. Saturday - 25 % off from 8 am - 12 noon and 50 % off from 12 noon - 2 pm. YOU are SOLELY responsible for breaking down / removing purchased items BEFORE then end of sale hours. Any item that is priced online can be purchased sight unseen with a credit card over the phone - please call with credit card and the image number. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during sale hours !! All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !! You CANNOT purchase an item without the tag.
