TWO Day Estate Sale - Full price Friday 12 noon - 5 pm. Saturday - 25 % off from 8 am - 12 noon and 50 % off from 12 noon - 2 pm. Any item that is priced online can be purchased sight unseen by calling Ken Johnson at 910-270-1200 with the item number and your phone number. Item may be picked up the week prior to the sale if purchased over the phone and time permits. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up hours EVER !! All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !! Estate home driveway is used FOR PICKUPS ONLY - Please be considerate of through traffic and neighboring lawns / driveways when parking. !!
