Terms

Numbers handed out at 9 am Friday only (people start lining up around 7 am to a get a number, we let a certain amount of people into our sales at a time, when we get to a certain # we stop and as one comes out one goes in)
We accept cash & all credit cards (3% fee for all cards)
Please do not ask us for pricing or purchasing any items before the estate sale as we do not give out prices or sell any item in the house prior to any sale, this includes family members, they need to stand in line like all of our great customers.
We do help with some furniture items but please be sure to bring help or schedule a time to pick up the items you buy as we cant lift all heavy items...
all items are as-is and must be removed by the last day of the sale at closing time.
Items may not be in the same place on sale day as they are pictured here.
