There will be no numbers handed out for this sale, if you want to be first in you have to stand in line,thanks. We let a certain amount of people into our sales at a time, when we get to a certain # we stop and as one comes out one goes in)
We accept cash checks with proper ID & all credit cards (3% fee for all cards)
Please do not ask us for pricing or purchasing any items before the estate sale as we do not give out prices or sell any item in the house prior to any sale, this includes family members, they need to stand in line like all of our great customers.
We do help with some furniture items but please be sure to bring help or schedule a time to pick up the items you buy as we cant lift all heavy items...
all items are as-is and must be removed by the last day of the sale at closing time.

We are clearing out every nook and cranny of this hotel and selling all the stuff they dont need, didnt use or has been in storage for 30 years.
We have found some treasures that are exciting and have Lincoln history.
Thursday and Friday will be tag sale style from 10-6 and remaining items will be sold Auction style on Sunday starting at noon with no reserves
Thursday will be full price
Friday will be 25% off everything
Sunday will be an auction of whats left with no reserves
