~This is a two day sale, most items remaining on last day will 50% off.
~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out on front of house about 30mins prior to start time.
~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own.
~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
~ Bring your own boxes and shopping bags.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Michael or Teal prior to purchasing.
~ We are unable to move, load or carry out any purchases. If you need help our staff WILL NOT be able to help.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D. ( NO FEE'S! )
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~Prices will not be released till the sale starts.

This sale takes place in a 250 Year Old Farm House that is just beautiful. This is a living estate, the owners are in their 80's, and have finally decided it's time to downsize by liquidating all the Antiques they collected for a lifetime! This is the first time that the public will have a chance at their wonderful collection. Everything from Large to Smalls, 17th, 18th, and 19th century pieces, and of course more modern pieces as well. Incredible history inside this home, and it's all for sale...Everything Goes!
We are currently staging this packed full home and are coming across more items daily, but here are some things to let you in on:

We open at the advertised time for each sale. *We use security cameras, we employ street clothed security officers, we pre-program the local police into our phones, and ask them to look over property during off hours, we use two-way radios, we check bags/boxes/items at check out and other "secret" ways to deter theft from our sales.
