Please remember that all items are sold "as is" with no refunds. Be sure to examine all items carefully before buying.

We cannot predict how many people will arrive at our sales. Depending on the size of the estate, we may have to limit how many people can come in at one time by handing out numbers. Please be prepared to wait in line.

There is absolutely no smoking on the property.

There are no restrooms available.

Please observe parking signs.

The Buyer is responsible for the pickup and removal of all items by the end of the sale on the final day. The staff cannot leave the house during the sale to help load large items.

We accept cash and credit cards (sales over $25.00). For credit cards, we place an additional 3% processing fee.

Maine requires us to charge 5.5% sales tax.
