C&D Estate Sales is a local company serving North New Jersey Homes, our terms are as followed. All sales are final. Items are sold as is, there will be no exchanges/ refunds allowed. No sales will occur before the 9am. All sales are paid for in CASH! We DO NOT ACCEPT checks, credit/ debit cards transactions, PayPal, etc. CASH ONLY! When approaching the house please grab a number and form a single line for we will only be allowing a few people in at a time. We strictly prohibit backpacks/ big bags, satchels, or any personal bags inside the house! PLEASE LEAVE ALL BAGS/ BACKPACKS/ SATCHELS IN YOUR VEHICLE! You will be told to go back to your car if you have a bag in your possession. You will be provided with a bag/ box for you to carry items once transaction is complete. Please be respectful to all of our sales associates as well as other shoppers in the house. Furthermore, please respect our prices. Our sales associates spent plenty of time researching each item one by one and we believe that our pricing is beyond fair. This sale contains high end antiques along with lesser value items. Please no low ball offers. That being said, please remember this is an ESTATE SALE, NOT A GARAGE SALE! Keep in mind, this was once someone's personal collection/ belongings. No item in this house is priced below a dollar. If you decide to bring your child/ children to our Estate Sale, please no running or horseplay is allowed inside. Valuables are located in almost every room therefore, If you BREAK it, you BUY IT. Theft is a very serious crime and we will not tolerate stealing! If you are caught stealing, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. The police will be called and you will escorted off the property. All big items ( furniture, etc) must be picked up at the end of the sale on that day or end of weekend. ALL SALES ARE NONREFUNDABLE! Lastly, be mindful of the signs posted throughout the house. We are not responsible for any accidents or injury! Finally, HAPPY SHOPPING!
