Numbers at 7:30 Friday morning, Cash Only. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. Attendees assume all responsibility for personal safety upon entering the property. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please be prepared to remove all purchased items during the operating hours of the sale.

Built in 1964, the interiors were designed by noted NYC designer David Barrett in 1971, this is by far the most beautifully curated home we have ever had the opportunity to liquidate. The following is a list of items for sale (please note that the list is representative, but by no means complete, the house is packed) :
