Buyer must move large items. Please bring your own help and measuring tape with you. Arrangements can be made at the time of purchase for pick up at a later time.
Re. Waterford "Avoca" chandelier: THIS ITEM IS NOT BEING OFFERED AT HALF OFF. Price is negotiable, but owner has an unpublished bottom line acceptable offer. Buyer has the option to bring own licensed electrician to remove from current location at the buyer's cost. OR sign a waiver requesting Caring Transitions remove at buyer's risk.
