This is an absolute auction, everything sells to the last bidder! All Auction items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN. There are no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed on any items. There will be no refunds or exchanges offered for any reason for items in this auction.

A total of 15% buyer's premium will be added to your final purchase amount. Buyer's premium will not be charged on shipping and processing fees.

Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption.

Hessney Auction Co. will provide shipping services to our online bidders. We ship primarily USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking numbers & delivery confirmation. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges plus handling fees based on package size. Processing fee is charged once for per package per bidder and covers multiple items. Shipping fees are calculated by adding actual shipping cost to handling charge. Handling charge based on package size. (Small - $3 to $5, Medium $6 to 10$, Large $11 to $20) Insurance for shipments can be added at the buyer's expense and only if requested.

All payments are to be made to JBM Management within 48 hours of the close of the auction.

We accept all major of Credit Cards at no charge.

All items will be shipped to the buyer's address on file, unless stated otherwise.

Items not picked up by the pickup dates become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of as the auctioneer see fit.
