Sèvres porcelain vase  : a massive 42" museum-quality piece

Cobalt blue with gold Sèvres decorations. Perfect in every way, no marks or chips or scratches. The reported provenance of this spectacular piece is that it was created by Sèvres to showcase nouveau porcellaine in the 1889 Paris Exposition. The 1889 exposition simultaneously celebrated the opening of the Eiffel Tower. This is a one-of-a-kind vase, worthy to be a centerpiece of any porcelain collection worldwide.
