NO EARLY BIRDS allowed in prior to 10am.  Numbered cards will be available at the driveway base at 8:30am FRIDAY only. The numbered cards will be in a plastic bag (assuming damp weather) sitting on top of a orange bucket on the driveway next to the mail box.  Return at 10am to gain entry in an orderly fashion based on your number.

Parking: Please note that the driveway will be available ONLY for loading.  Do not block other driveways, mail boxes or fire hydrants.

We prefer CASH, we do accept credit/debit cards, ATMs are near by and we'll gladly hold items with a non-refundable deposit applied to your purchase for a specified period of time... usually 1 hour.
ALL Items must be removed from site by the end of the sale at 4pm. Moving assistance is not provided.  We do our best to help when we can and often other Estate Sale Shoppers or open to lending a hand.
