• If we do assist with loading into your vehicle we cannot be responsible to damage to your vehicle (if you want to cram an armoire into a Honda Civic then you are going to have to live the consequences).

• This is a tag sale: all items must be removed by 4pm Sunday.

• NOT responsible for accidents.

• Payment via cash, check (with proper ID) or credit card – we take it all!
