You must be lined up AT the door at 8:00am to get a number. We give them out first come, first serve. It is up to the customers to line up respectfully, we cannot police the line.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are first come first serve and do not do presales. We accept cash and check.
You MUST bring your own help to remove large items! All items must be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. It is YOUR responsibility to find help to move large items, and to inspect items before purchasing. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. There are no public restrooms.
