only a few actually located on Lake Erie. 

Before we start, please note a couple simple rules to make life easier for you :

• At the request of on-site security, we must limit access to 20 people at a time
• No large bags or totes permitted, we'll supply all you'll need
• No children, please
• This is a shoe-less home; you can take yours off and/or we will supply booties
• Furniture purchases from inside the home MUST be moved ONLY by professionals; there is no do-it-yourself movable furniture in the home. You can make these arrangements, or we can suggest movers we have worked with. Some furniture in the garages can be moved by amateurs, but most cannot.
• Some artwork is available for viewing by appointment only
