Special Firearm & Ammunition Terms:
All items are available for live inspection prior to sale. Placing a bid is a contract and you will be held accountable for your bid.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DETERMINE YOUR ABILITY TO PURCHASE A FIREARM IN YOUR STATE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BUY LONG GUNS AND LONG GUN AMMUNITION. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO BUY HANDGUNS AND HANDGUN AMMUNITION. ATF FORMS WILL BE FILLED OUT AND A BACKGROUND CHECK PERFORMED FOR ALL FIREARMS.
AO Auctions® has not fired any of the firearms in this sale (unless otherwise noted). As such, we do not warrant any of these items. AO Auctions® will ONLY sell firearms within the United States; absolutely NO international sales.
Transfer of Ownership Fees:
• In-State Transfers – A fee of $25 will be added to your invoice for the cost of a background check.
• Out-of-State Transfers - A fee of $35 plus the cost of shipping will be made payable to Paul’s Marine, Inc.
Shipping Instructions:
ALL firearms can be shipped to an FFL dealer of your choice within the United States. The FFL Dealer of your choice must send a confirmation fax or email of their FFL License to gunsales@paulsmarine.com before shipment is processed. The entire shipping process may take up to three weeks.
AMMUNITION CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE STATE OF OHIO.

Payment Terms and Sales Tax: 13% Buyer's Premium with a 3% discount for Check or Cash (Balance Due reflects discount). Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check, or Credit Card. Invoices with the Balance Due totaling $500.00 or more will be restricted to Cash or Credit Card payment methods only. Company Checks and Out of State Checks are not accepted. Credit Cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa, American Express and Discover Card. Sales Tax will be collected where applicable. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup. If Items are to be shipped, arrangements and payment are required prior to the end of the scheduled pick up date and time.
