This is part 1 of a 3 part sale.  This house is packed with treasures that have been hidden away for years.   BE WARNED!  There is no air conditioning or running water in the house.  Thursday only, we will be handing out numbers at 9 am.  There is a Wendy’s restaurant located at the corner of Chagrin Blvd and Warrensville Center Rd if you need to use the facilities.  There will be very limited entry, so please bring your patience, boxes and wrappings. 

Part one of the sale will be conducted on the top two floors. Also this is not a good idea to bring small children.

Furniture items that you may see in photographs are not for sale. Such as oak and legal bookcase, dining room peices. These items belong to the family and have not been removed.
