Terms and Conditions of auction: All bidders must be registered to bid. All successful bids will have a 15% buyer's premium added to the hammer price. 3% reduction for cash or good check.. All sales are final. All items must be taken home the day of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Inspection can be made during viewing hours as posted above. Antiques and Furnishings: Princess Dresser, Oak Bedroom Suite, Tall Victorian Walnut dresser, One drawer stand with chamfered bottom, extra wide one drawer stand, excellent washstand with side towel bar, Heywood-Wakefield Deco desk and chair, several parlor chairs, pair of Marble Chair Co. leather arm chairs that were once aboard the U.S.S. William Mather, primitive wall cabinet, (2)primitive dry sinks, great oak desk, wrought iron & wood student desk, beautiful corner hutch, butcher block two drawer stand, (6)newer but very sturdy bookcases incl. (5)that match, Svend Madsen mid-century modern desk, pair of leather arm chairs and several other pieces of good furnishings.

Glassware and Pottery: Roseville pine cone vase, several pieces of earthenware, group of Val St.Lambert tall sherbets, Fostoria Capri serving bowls (7), beautiful art glass vase, Indian pottery, pair of French art deco crystal bowls, pair of 19^th c. transferware plaques, several nice pieces of carnival glass, W.Caldwell wasp hive vase, Waterford ring caddy and many other pieces still being unpacked.

Prints and Paintings: (4) different sets of Charles Hubbell aviation lithographs incl. 1949,1955,1962,1983, Original artwork by Cleveland artists Mia Thompson and Darlene Jackson, other original art incl. Clarence Perkins and Nancy Martt, Our American Game Birds 1917 Dupont set plus many other prints and framed art items.

Other Items of Interest: Excellent rocking horse just in time for Christmas, Old ship’s wheel, trays of arrowheads, several 1939-40 New York World’s fair items, large acrylic commercial sign for Lufthansa airlines, several military base silk pillows, good single books titles as well as box lots of books, recording of Third Reich propaganda, black memorabilia advertisements, 19^th c. military tin type, 1939 Pflueger fishing tackle guide and several good flats of paper ephemera, excellent unpicked lot of approx.. 500 postcards with many better, great group of (6)Halloween postcards, outstanding 1896 full size cabinet of the Public Square in Cleveland, Tucks postcard painting set and many other items still being unpacked.
