Absolutely no early sales.
You or your personal representative must be on site during the sale to purchase items and leave sealed bids.
We will not answer questions about merchandise prior to the sale.
Credit/debit accepted on purchases of $50.00 or more.
Checks accepted only with proper identication AND management's approval.
Two officers of the law on site at all times.
Each dealer or decorator must submit a photocopy of
his or her valid tax exemption certificate, else sales tax shall be charged.
Outside "sold" signs shall not be honored, and shall be promptly discarded.
We'll have large "sold" tablex on site for your convenience; however,
please be advised that you will be obligated to purchase all items
you place on the "sold" table(s), carry for more than five minutes or have had marked "sold."
We do not wrap, haul or deliver -- please don't ask us to make an exception.
Home equipped with a satellite-monitored security system.
Resident living on site.
Trespassers shall be arrested.
